What's included

Do I need a credit card to start?: No. Every plan starts with 300 free records and there is no time limit — take a week or take a year. You pay when you decide to keep going.
What counts as one record?: One warranty claim, one repair job, or one RMA batch. What's inside doesn't matter — a claim covering five devices is still one record. Deleting a record does not give the allowance back.
How do I pay?: Online checkout is being connected. Right now we activate your plan manually within 24 hours after you message us — same price, no setup fee.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Move up or down at any time — your data stays exactly where it is.
Who owns the data?: You do. Export your claims, jobs and customers to CSV at any time, including after you cancel.
What happens if I cancel?: Your account switches to read-only so you can still look things up and export. Nothing is deleted without you asking.
